Lead Outdoor Program Instructor upholds all the responsibilities of an OPI. They also provide day-to-day leadership and support to program staff, helping ensure programs run smoothly, safely, and effectively. They communicate schedules, responsibilities, and expectations to staff teams; coordinate on-site group operations; and facilitate staff debriefs to support reflection, communication, and continuous improvement. 

Lead OPIs also provide on-site and overnight support as needed, including staying on campus to help ensure program continuity and support staff.
