Ropes Course Lead

Full-time, Seasonal, February to Mid-November
Location: Outdoor Education Camp, Portola, CA

The Ropes Lead provides leadership and oversight for Sierra Nevada Journeys’ challenge course programs, helping ensure activities are facilitated safely, consistently, and in accordance with established procedures. The Ropes Lead is trained to identify and mitigate risk, support challenge course facilitation, and provide onsite leadership when working alongside or in place of the Challenge Course Manager.

This role works closely with the Challenge Course Manager and follows established challenge course safety procedures, standards, and facilitation practices.
