Day two includes a hearty breakfast and lunch, a refreshing outdoor education session, focused meeting blocks, and a closing debrief to capture insights and next steps before departure.

Day One: Arrival, Connection and Team Building
Participants arrive at camp and are greeted by Sierra Nevada Journeys staff. After settling into cabins, the group meets for a brief orientation outlining the retreat flow, safety protocols, and highlights of the outdoor education environment.
Guided Icebreakers and Group Warm-Ups
Light facilitated activities help participants unwind from travel, reconnect with colleagues, and set a collaborative tone for the retreat.
Team-Building Ropes Course Experience
Professional facilitators lead the group through a dynamic ropes course session designed to build trust, enhance problem-solving, and strengthen communication. Activities may include low-course challenges focused on collaboration, followed by optional high-course elements for individuals seeking an elevated challenge.
Free Time and Cabin Check-In
Participants settle into lodging, enjoy nature trails, or relax prior to dinner.
Fajita Bar Dinner
A festive, build-your-own fajita bar featuring grilled meats, fresh vegetables, warm tortillas, and all the toppings. Dinner is served camp style, providing a casual and fun environment for informal conversation and bonding.
Evening Campfire and Reflection
Gather around a crackling campfire for optional reflection activities, storytelling, and s’mores. This relaxed setting encourages creative thinking, personal connection, and shared laughter.
Day Two: Collaboration, Strategy and Wrap-Up

Departure
Final goodbyes and checkout. Participants head home refreshed, connected, and inspired.
