Camp Healthcare Supervisor

Camp Healthcare Supervisor oversees the health and wellness of campers and staff at our Outdoor Education Camp in Portola, California. They lead the camp’s health and safety program and provide professional medical care in a dynamic outdoor education environment.

The Camp Healthcare Supervisor manages the Health Center, administering medications and treatments, responding to illnesses and injuries, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with California health requirements and American Camp Association standards. The position also oversees health protocols, first aid procedures, medication management, incident reporting, and the coordination and supervision of nursing and healthcare staff.

The Camp Healthcare Supervisor is an experienced healthcare professional who is comfortable working with youth, responding to medical needs in an outdoor camp setting, collaborating with a diverse team, and balancing compassionate care with strong attention to safety, documentation, and established health protocols.
