Youth Backcountry Camps

Sierra Nevada Journeys and the Tahoe Rim Trail Association are partnering again for the 2nd Annual Youth Back Country Camp near Lake Tahoe!  High school students – get ready to get dirty with this year’s Youth Back Country Camps! Bring your boots and get ready to hike, build shelters, use a map and compass, sample back country cuisine, and even build trails in the most beautiful place in the Sierra, the Tahoe Rim Trail. Discover the leader within as you go on the adventure of the summer and leave with new skills, new friends, and memories that will last a lifetime.
