Teacher and Parent Documents

Now that you and your students are all signed up, here is the paperwork that you will need. Please let us know if you have any questions!

If you are coming up for a Journeys Outdoor School Spring or Fall program, Please click here for the family packet. This is a document that every parent/guardian will need to complete and sign before their child can attend our residential programming.

If you will be volunteering as a cabin leader, please read the cabin leader handbook, as well as the cabin leader guidelines.

In order to make the paperwork and registration processes more efficient, please fill out the Pre-Vist Rosters and email to adam@sierranevadajourneys at least two weeks prior to attending Journeys Outdoor School.

If your child is attending Summit Camp please read and fill out forms in the Summit Camp Family Handbook.  If you would like to apply for a scholarship for Summit Camp please fill out the Summit camp scholarship application and email to Kari.
